Toshiana has been a licensed esthetician for two decades and has grown into an international educator, traveling globally to facilitate spa and beauty-related programs that she created. At one time, she led a team of over 250 estheticians nationwide as the Director of Esthetics for the iconic luxury spa chain Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spas, which had over 30 locations in the US. She was also the Regional Operations Director of four full-service spas and salons, including two within Saks Fifth Avenue, and the Education Executive for the iconic brow artistry brand Anastasia Beverly Hills. Toshiana also held leadership positions at other luxury influencer brands in the spa, cosmetics, and retail sectors. In 2016, became a full-time entrepreneur who parlayed her wealth of experience in spa training, operations, and development to help small business owners, solo practitioners, and independent brands grow and scale through her consultancy, SpaWorx.

Seeing a gap in the spa and wellness space for support, professional development, resources, and education for underrepresented and marginalized spa pros, she founded the Network of Multicultural Spa and Wellness Professionals (NMSWP) to fill it.

Toshiana now serves as the US Director of Prestige Beauty Education and Events for a global beauty brand, where she leads training development, multi-media learning, and consumer-centric retail experiences and activations. An innovator in neurosensory wellness, Toshiana facilitates transformative and empowering workshops that bridge emerging science, longevity, and wellness-centric beauty practices. Of note, she is the creator of a proprietary wellness method and a sought-after speaker and teacher, guiding on adapting service to the rising needs of the Unwell Client.
